Innovated is back this year in Brussels at Odoo Experience 2026 – the largest annual gathering of the Odoo community, partners, developers, and companies from around the world.

During September 24th and 25th, we are following the presentation of the new Odoo 20, talking to people from the Odoo ecosystem and getting to know the new features that will define the next generation of this business platform.

For us, this is not just a technology conference.

Odoo Experience is an opportunity to see firsthand the direction in which the platform is developing and how we can apply new possibilities to the specific business processes of our clients in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.

Odoo 20 in the spotlight

The main theme of this year's Odoo Experience is the new generation of the platform – Odoo 20.

Odoo continues to develop the concept of a fully integrated business system where CRM, sales, procurement, warehouse, accounting, manufacturing, projects, HR, POS, eCommerce, and other business functions work together within a single platform.

But what is particularly interesting about the new generation is the increasing focus on automation and artificial intelligence within the business processes themselves.

The goal is no longer just to digitize what the company is already doing.

The goal is to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and enable employees and management to access the information needed for decision-making more quickly.

AI is becoming part of everyday business

One of the directions we are particularly following during Odoo Experience 2026 is the way Odoo integrates AI into its applications.

Instead of using artificial intelligence as a separate tool, AI functionalities are increasingly becoming part of everyday processes – from data processing and analysis to automating activities that previously required manual labor.

For companies, this opens up very interesting opportunities.

The ERP system is no longer just a database where we record what has happened in the company. It is gradually becoming a system that actively helps employees in their daily work.

What from Odoo 20 might be particularly interesting to our clients?

During our stay in Brussels, we are particularly following news that may have practical value for the companies we work with.

We are focused on several areas:

  • accounting and financial automation,

  • CRM and sales,

  • procurement and inventory management,

  • manufacturing and MRP,

  • project management,

  • HR processes,

  • POS and retail,

  • eCommerce,

  • AI and business process automation.

Our goal is not just to see what is new.

A much more important question for us is:

What of this can really improve our clients' business?

From Brussels to implementation in Bosnia and Herzegovina

As an Odoo partner, our job does not end with the selection and installation of applications.

A good ERP implementation starts with understanding how the company operates.

How does a customer inquiry come in? How is an offer created? Who approves the procurement? How is the warehouse managed? How does production receive information? How are costs recorded? How many manual steps are there between sales and accounting?

Only when we understand the entire process can we decide what needs to be automated and how Odoo should be configured.

That is why events like Odoo Experience are important for both us and our clients.

They allow us to talk directly with the people who develop the platform, discover new possibilities, and transfer that knowledge into the projects we implement.

Innovation at Odoo Experience 2026

Odoo Experience is also an opportunity to meet with partners, developers, consultants, and companies from different parts of the world.

Sharing experiences is often just as valuable as the presentations of new functionalities themselves.

The problems that companies are trying to solve are very similar regardless of whether they come from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, or the Middle East:

too many disconnected systems, too much Excel, double data entry, and insufficient quality information for management.

This is where we see the greatest value of the Odoo platform – to connect business into a single whole.

Odoo 20 – we are just getting started

During these two days in Brussels, we are exploring Odoo 20 and its new capabilities in more detail.

In the upcoming posts, we will share specific functionalities that have caught our attention, as well as our view on where it makes sense to use them in real business processes.

Because the new version of the software alone is not a digital transformation.

The real value only arises when technology solves a real business problem.
